Requirements

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Dedication to customer service and teamwork.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, all seasons).
  • Basic familiarity with hand and power tools (training provided).
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, nights, or weekends as needed.
  • Written and verbal fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradesmen with carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring projects as part of property restoration work.
  • Perform basic construction labor including material handling, site prep, and cleanup.
  • Support installation and repair of drywall, trim, and finishes.
  • Help with painting and surface preparation, including masking, priming, and touch-ups.
  • Assist with flooring installation such as LVP, tile, or carpet under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and ensure company vehicles and tools are properly cared for.
  • Work safely, efficiently, and respectfully in occupied homes and commercial spaces.
  • Communicate with teammates and customers professionally and courteously.
