About The Position

NOW HIRING – General Labor/Sorters Ontario, CA | $17/hr. | Weekly Pay Shifts: 1st & 2nd Overtime as needed Schedule : Must be able to work alternate Saturdays Environment: Outdoors Wet Strong odors (organics/perishables) What You'll Do Sort & separate organic/perishable materials Work in wet, smelly, outdoor conditions Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs all shift Wear required PPE (steel‑toe rubber boots, gloves, vest) Assist machine operators & yard staff (training provided) Nice to Have Experience with conveyor lines or sorting tables Production or recycling experience Willing to learn & cross‑train Requirements 2+ years in food production, recycling, or waste management Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Must pass drug screen & background check Steel‑toe rubber boots required We participate in E‑Verify Pay $17 per hour.
