About The Position
Formally known as Williams Sausage Company; Newly named Hickman Rd Plant. Plant address: 5132 Old Troy Hickman Road, Union City TN. POSITION SUMMARY: Food Production - General Labor PR01 - Patty Link Packer - Full-Time. Starting pay: $16.50/HR (with $1.50/HR shift premium for 2nd shift positions). Packers perform the final packaging of sausage patties and links from Work In Progress. During packaging, packers visually inspect product for defects and remove defective products from the line. Weight of product is checked by packers for conformance with specifications for the product being packed. Finished packaged product is palletized per specification.
