About The Position

This is an entry-level position responsible for performing miscellaneous support tasks throughout warehouse and/or manufacturing areas. Key duties include general housekeeping such as sanitation, yard cleaning, scrubbing, and changing lights. The role also involves pallet repair, reworking damaged or returned product, and supplying plastic flats to the production line. Additionally, the position requires maintaining records, completing paperwork and documentation, and may involve performing yard jockey duties. The role demands significant physical activity, including repeated pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying between 20 and 45 lbs, along with constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping throughout a long work shift.

Requirements

18 years or older; 21 years or older if Valid U.S. CDL required.
Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
Valid U.S. Driver's License or Valid U.S. CDL license (if required).
Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
Follow DOT Regulations (if applicable).
Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a forklift is helpful.
If Yard Jockey position, need experience (i.e. driving, etc).

Responsibilities

Perform various physical duties as assigned, including but not limited to sorting, stacking, cleaning and minor repair or maintenance tasks.
Maintain all safety standards.
Ensure regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
Perform general housekeeping (e.g., sanitation, yard cleaning, scrubbing, changing lights).
Conduct pallet repair.
Rework damaged or returned product.
Supply plastic flats to the production line.
Maintain records, complete paperwork and documentation.
Perform yard jockey duties (if applicable).
