About The Position

This is an entry-level position that involves various physical duties throughout warehouse and/or manufacturing areas. Responsibilities include general housekeeping tasks such as sanitation, yard cleaning, scrubbing, and changing lights. The role also involves pallet repair, reworking damaged or returned products, and supplying plastic flats to the production line. The position requires maintaining records, completing paperwork and documentation, and may include yard jockey duties. The job demands physical strength, as it requires pushing/pulling and lifting/carrying between 20 and 45 lbs repeatedly throughout a long work shift. Additionally, the position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older; 21 years or older if a Valid U.S. CDL is required.
• Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or Valid U.S. CDL license (if required).
• Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
• Follow DOT Regulations (if applicable).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL is required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating a forklift is helpful, but not required.
• Experience in driving for Yard Jockey position is preferred.

• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
