About The Position

We are seeking reliable, hands-on production workers to support a busy fabrication shop.

Requirements

• Previous experience in metal fabrication, CNC/machine operation, de-burring, grinding/sanding, or general manufacturing preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates)
• Ability to work flexible/on-call hours, including 2nd shift, swing shifts, occasional weekends, or short-notice coverage
• Physically able to handle lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks
• Reliable transportation and good work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment with varying schedules

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading CNC machines, laser/punch presses, and related equipment
• Removing parts from sheets/carts
• De-burring, grinding, and sanding metal components to quality standards
• Assisting with robot welding, press operations, shipping/receiving, and general material handling
• Supporting production during high-volume periods or schedule fluctuations
• Other production support tasks as assigned (all kinds of needs can pop up)
