About The Position

The position involves performing various jobs in the production department as a relief for vacations and absenteeism. The jobs include, but are not limited to, Breader/Batter Operator, Fryer Operator, Marination Attendant, Formax Operator, Blender Operator, Bagger Operator, Grinder Operator, Ingredients Mixer, Palletizer Operator, Stacker, Condemn Hauler, Trash Collector, Sanitarian Labor, Spreader/Grader Labor, or Utility. The role requires working around breader dust and marination, and in cold temperatures (50 degrees or less). The position is allotted one 30-minute paid break during 8-hour shifts and involves heavy lifting continuously.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting continuously.
• Use hands, arms, legs, back, and shoulders to push V-mags (approximately 350 lbs).
• Must be able to bend to push V-mag.
• Must use eyes to see.
• Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time (approximately 3.5 hours).
• Must use hands, arms, and fingers to grasp product and equipment, record information on paperwork, and adjust settings on machines.
• Must use back, legs, and arms to lift 50 lb breader bags continuously every 1.5 minutes (approximately 16,000 lbs per 8 hours).
• Must use back, legs, and arms to break down empty totes of raw product.
