  • Prior occupational experience with trades and/or custodial work
  • Prior occupational experience using electronic work order systems

Responsibilities

  • Performs minor repairs, including basic carpentry
  • Assists with basic trades duties
  • Inspects and provides basic maintenance to cleaning equipment
  • Assists with snow and ice removal
  • Responds to general labor work order assignments
  • Completes regular and post-event custodial duties and maintenance for the Rady Family Sports Complex
  • Completes custodial duties and building maintenance for assigned areas
  • Assists with facilities and operations projects for special events (such as event set-up and take-down, moving chairs and tables, relocating waste and recycle containers, and trash pick-up)
