Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean abstract
Ability to pass drug test and background check
Ability to lift heavy materials
Comfortable working outdoors in Maui's climate
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Have roofing or construction experience
Are comfortable working at heights
Show up early and ready to work
Take pride in doing things the right way
Want to learn a skilled trade
Are reliable and safety-minded
Want long-term growth, not short-term work

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience
Basic HVAC knowledge
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
Construction job-site experience

Responsibilities

Assisting with installation of HVAC systems (mini-splits, split systems, package units)
Loading and unloading materials and equipment safely
Prepping job sites and protecting customer property
Working on rooftops, ladders, and exposed environments
Operating hand tools and power tools
Supporting duct installation and equipment placement
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Learning proper installation processes and safety standards
