This role supports NOCO’s Fleet Operations with daily tasks and helps maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and move heavy objects and perform tasks that require manual labor

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a laborer or Diesel technician is a plus

Responsibilities

Facility upkeep
Loading and unloading of materials
Safely handle and transport tools, equipment, and parts to and from the work area.
Transport drivers when needed
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Assist in the maintenance and organization of the building
Keep tools clean and in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Address any cleanliness issues promptly.
Be adaptable to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the division
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to the established work hours.
