Truck Team Member: Driver, General Labor, Customer Service Full-Time: Monday-Sunday availability needed. Pay : $20-$28 includes $16 base, profit share and tips. You consistently go above and beyond what is expected of you You’re friendly and personable - you enjoy meeting new people & delivering great customer service You’re in good shape and energetic - not afraid of hard physical work and a challenge You’re dependable and hardworking - you want to be part of a great culture of like-minded, fun people You’re a good communicator, problem solver and very organized What you’ll be doing as a Field Team Member: Customer Service : WOWing every customer with a friendly, positive attitude and exceptional service Truck Operations : Safe driving and loading of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a team member (so a valid standard driver’s license is required) Junk Removal : Heavy and light lifting required for removal of "junk" from residential and commercial client locations (i.e. couches, chairs, appliances, recyclables, debris, yard, and garage junk) Marketing : Enthusiastically advocate for our brand to all you meet and encounter Sales : Providing estimates to customers that call us for quotes to have items removed and educating them on how we safely dispose of, recycle, and/or donate what we can to keep as much out of landfills as possible - because we all need to care about our planet. Safety : Commitment to the safe and professional navigation and driving of trucks and intelligent and efficient loading & unloading of customers’ belongings. Professional & Uniformed : We always wear uniforms and provide you with what you need (shirts, sweaters, coats, hats, gloves) to represent 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and make a great impression.

Requirements

21+ years of age (for D.O.T purposes)
A valid standard driver's license
Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
Previous experience in the following is a plus: Delivery Driver Non CDL Driver DOT Driver Truck Driver Delivery Driver Construction Moving Demolition General Labor Warehouse worker Service Industry: Grocery stores, Retail, Restaurants, Hotels
