About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to work in a damp or wet environment.

• Willingness to perform tasks at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level non-skilled general labor tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with Tyson policies and procedures.
• Work with and around heavy machinery and sharp objects.
• Adapt to various departments including evisceration, deboning, further processing, and packing.
• Stand for 8 to 10 hours per day, engaging in repetitious walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Lift up to 40 pounds as required.
• Work in varying temperatures, from hot (up to 90 degrees) to cold (as low as 48 degrees).
• Be willing to work weekends and overtime if scheduled.
