About The Position
The General Labor Associate plays a critical role in supporting the packaging and assembly operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products according to established guidelines and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging to ensure compliance with standards.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance as needed.
- Label and document packaged products accurately for inventory tracking and shipment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve any packaging issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages or discrepancies in supplies, product, packaging materials, etc.
