About The Position
Texas Bay Credit Union is a Houston based credit union looking for eager interns to support our business while gaining great real-world experience. We are looking for motivated and talented recent high school graduates and current college students to join our team for the 2026 summer. With several different departments we can offer a variety of experience in a professional business setting. All majors and areas of interest are welcome. This 9-week internship will provide you with hands-on experience in Credit Union departments including Branch Operations, Lending, and Compliance to name a few. This unique internship opportunity will allow you to work closely with our team of dedicated Managers who can provide you with real hands-on projects and daily tasks. We will also end your internship with trainings provided by our Executive Team, CEO, and Human Resources Department, that will help aid you in college and beyond to help you become career ready. Texas Bay is dedicated to developing future leaders and strives to make this internship as informative as possible. Spots are limited so submit your application today! Requirements

- Has strong written and verbal skills
- Has experience with Microsoft Office
- Is a recent high school graduate or current college enrolled student
- Has reliable transportation
