Requirements

• High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent.
• United States Citizenship or active green card holder. Visa Sponsorship is NOT available.
• Must sign and abide by the Company's employee manual and confidentiality agreement.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check, job physical, and drug screen.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1-year minimum experience in relatable manufacturing field.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Basic computer and technological skills (Microsoft Office 360 Applications); ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
• Full physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and maneuver around equipment and job stations.
• Must be able to lift and position components that weigh up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and job duties as listed in job description.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and ensure detailed quality inspection.
• Keep accurate records by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintain workstation and equipment cleanliness by practicing 5s standards.
• Collaborate across the organization and demonstrate a desire to learn.
• Critically think and find creative solutions.
