Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn how to set up and safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic-teamwork is a must!
• Dependable attendance and pride in maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the plant using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Deliver supplies to the production floor and keep materials stocked for operators.
• Follow work orders or verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Assist machine operators with setups, adjustments, or light repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Verify that all prior operation steps are signed off before starting the next job.
• Notify your Area Manager or Quality team when issues arise that require corrective action.
• Complete and track job travelers, ensuring paperwork follows parts through each stage.
• Accurately enter labor data into the manufacturing system before moving products to the next operation.
