About The Position

This is a seasonal General Helper position, not to exceed 90 days of employment. The role involves performing a variety of manufacturing tasks using production equipment to ensure a steady workflow. Responsibilities include minor equipment adjustments, performing quality checks before, during, and upon completion, stacking boxes, and cleaning facility areas. The position requires working closely with other production personnel, a sense of urgency to reduce machine downtime, and self-motivation to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. The typical work week is 8 hours per day for a maximum of 40 hours, with potential for overtime. Candidates must be willing to work either a Swing shift (rotation of 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm) or a 3rd shift (11pm-7am).

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to work Swing shift (rotation of 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• Strong Background with a good attendance record
• Ability to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel
• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines
• Self-motivated and driven to complete the assigned task with minimal supervision
• Possesses excellent communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Ability to pass Pre-employment Background and Drug Test

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is a plus with and understanding that temperatures and volumes of work vary
• Prior experience with performing quality inspections and documentation
