About The Position

About Us: We're a fast-paced food manufacturing company that produces pancakes and waffles . Join our team and help deliver high-quality products across the country! Job Summary: As a General Helper, you'll work on the production line - packing products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards are met. No experience is required - we provide full training! Shifts & Pay: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | $14.00/hour 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | $14.50/hour 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $14.75/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to stand for long periods (8+ hours)
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in environments that may be very hot or very cold, depending on the production area
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect and ensure product quality on the production line
• Stack and pack pancakes and waffles into boxes
• Palletize and wrap finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and GMP standards
• Follow instructions from team leads and supervisors
• Assist and cooperate with team members, including new hires
