The General Help position in the Production department involves following all standards and general manufacturing procedures. Responsibilities include completing required work such as Quality Check sheets, dough schedule recording, taking temperatures of products, maintaining housekeeping, and working in a safe manner. The position also involves communicating any issues to the proper Supervisor or Manager. Safety is a key aspect of this role, as it requires maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and promoting safety in all areas of operations. Additionally, sanitation is important, requiring the maintenance of cleanliness in the work area and adherence to proper Good Manufacturing Practices (G.M.P.'s). Other related duties may be assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead Person.
