Requirements

• Proven Experience in the Handyman or Related Field: We are seeking a General Handyman with solid experience across multiple trades. Your background should include a variety of skills, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.
• Strong Skillset Across Multiple Trades: You should have proficiency in several areas, enabling you to perform a broad range of maintenance tasks. If you specialize in one area but are willing to expand your skillset, we would love to hear from you.
• Reliable Vehicle and Driver's License (Must): This role requires you to travel to different job sites. You must have access to a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Applicants must be able to cover a 50-mile radius from Newark.
• Own Tools: The General Handyman position requires you to provide your own set of tools. These tools should be suitable for plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong communication skills are essential in this role. You must be able to clearly explain problems to clients and provide practical solutions.

Responsibilities
