The role offers flexible scheduling and the potential to earn between $2,000 to $3,000 per week , depending on the volume and complexity of projects you accept. We are especially interested in individuals who can cover a 50-mile radius around Jacksonville , allowing us to serve our clients throughout the region efficiently. Whether you are located in Jacksonville or surrounding areas, we encourage qualified General Handymen who are willing and able to travel to apply. ⭐️ Priority consideration given to applicants with a valid General Contractor License.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a related skilled trade
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (capable of covering a 50-mile radius from Jacksonville)
• Your own tools suited for a wide range of tasks
• Ability to manage your time and work independently

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance and Repairs: Perform a variety of tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other general repairs.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently, whether small fixes or more complex repair needs.
• Timely Work Order Completion: Complete assigned jobs within established deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• High Standards of Craftsmanship: Deliver consistently excellent work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all job sites.
• Client Communication: Interact professionally with customers, keep them informed, and ensure they are satisfied with completed work.
• Tools & Transportation: Provide your own tools and have a reliable vehicle for commuting within the Jacksonville service area.
• Liability Insurance Required: Contractors must carry their own liability insurance. If not currently insured, it will be required before starting.
