About The Position
Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is urgently looking for a reliable and skilled General Handyman to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in the Birmingham, Alabama area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has expertise across a wide range of trades. The position offers flexibility with your schedule and the potential to earn between $2,000 to $3,000 per week based on the scope and complexity of the projects you take on. We are especially looking for individuals who can cover a 50-mile radius around Birmingham, ensuring we can serve our clients in various locations efficiently. Whether you are based in Birmingham or surrounding areas, we welcome General Handymen who are willing and able to travel to different job sites. ⭐️ Handymen with a valid General Contractor License will be given priority consideration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the handyman or related field
- Proficient in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must cover a 50-mile radius from Birmingham)
- Own tools suitable for a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
