We are urgently seeking experienced and dependable General Handyman to join our growing team as 1099 Independent Contractors in the Griffin, GA (30224) area.
This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy working independently, managing diverse projects, and applying expertise across multiple trades, including HVAC. Contractors can expect:

Consistent project flow
Strong earning potential of $2,000–$3,000 per week, depending on project volume and complexity
Candidates should be able to service locations within a 50-mile radius of Griffin, GA, ensuring timely and efficient support for our clients throughout the region.
Priority consideration will be given to candidates holding a valid General Contractor License or HVAC certification.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Handyman, HVAC Technician, or in a related trade
• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must service a 50-mile radius from Griffin, GA)
• Ownership of professional-grade tools for diverse repair, maintenance, and HVAC tasks
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

• General Contractor License and/or HVAC certification preferred and prioritized

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, painting, general repairs, and HVAC system service.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and mini-splits.
• Perform HVAC installations, replacements, and seasonal maintenance.
• Accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, from routine maintenance to complex repair challenges.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Deliver consistent, detail-oriented workmanship that reflects company standards and client expectations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Interact with clients professionally and courteously to ensure a positive service experience and customer satisfaction.
• Provide your own complete set of tools and maintain reliable transportation to travel to job sites within the service area.
• Carry general liability insurance (assistance available if needed).
