General Gastroenterology Opportunity in Southlake, TX Methodist Medical Group is seeking a talented Gastroenterology physician to join Methodist Health System in Southlake, TX! We are seeking a talented and compassionate Gastroenterologist to join our dynamic team and help us continue our mission of excellence. We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
Current and unrestricted Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship program
Experience with a variety of endoscopic procedures
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopy, and upper endoscopy
Manage a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, such as inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, GERD
Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in on-call rotations
Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with the latest advancements in gastroenterology
