About The Position
The General Foreman is a skilled position that ensures projects are completed in a safe and timely manner. This position effectively plans ahead anticipating issues and project needs in order to accomplish the goals of the company and crew members. The General Foreman will normally supervise between six and eight crews, depending on crew sizes and geographic distribution of crews or at the discretion of the Owner.
