About The Position

Holder Construction is seeking General Foreman level associates to join our team in Clemson, SC. The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and working within tight deadlines. General Foreman responsibilities include assisting Field Supervision in coordinating, managing and supervising field team in the execution of assigned tasks and provide front line leadership to our field associates, including laborers, carpenter and operators. Individuals will also organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site and ensure work is completed safely with a focus on quality, on time and within budget. Outstanding verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills are also key to success in this position. Qualified candidate will possess up to 5 years of experience in coordinating workflow for construction site, including scheduling, material management, manpower and coordinating inspections. Candidate will also possess strong communication skills, time management, and will lead with integrity. Need experience in operating equipment. Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside, and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours. Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
