Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid Drivers license

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of field crews
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
- Plan and schedule work assignments
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations
- Order and manage equipment and materials
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and office staff
