Position Overview As a Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and supervising on-site commercial construction plumbing operations, ensuring that all installations are completed according to code, project specifications, and timelines. You will work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to coordinate work, resolve issues, and maintain productivity on the job site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead by example, manage a crew effectively, and ensure high standards of workmanship across all phases of the project.

Requirements

  • Seasoned General Foreman with at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for a plumbing contractor.
  • Must hold an OSHA 30-hour safety certificate.
  • Be accurate and timely with reports and time.
  • Be highly motivated, flexible, with a great attitude.
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively under pressure.
  • Well organized, able to prioritize, with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between field staff and office personnel.
  • Have strong verbal and written communications.

  • Lead and supervise a team of plumbers on various commercial projects, ensuring all work complies with commercial plumbing codes.
