Haselden Construction is currently looking for a General Foreman- Interiors to join our team!

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a supervisor in Interiors
  • Individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Can take and apply direction from supervisor
  • Workers must provide their own safety footwear
  • Workers are required to provide their own basic tools as listed in the collective agreement
  • Workers must have reliable transportation, or be able to access job sites in any location of the city
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Install light gauge framing & drywall materials as required per plans & specifications
  • Run crews of 10 or more
  • Performs demolition work of walls and doorways and reconstructs or installs new framework.
  • Marks, shapes, assembles, fasten work materials.
  • Verifies accuracy of repairs using related tools.
  • Metal stud framing
  • Set door frames.
  • Work with other trades as needed.
  • Follow all OSHA & Haselden safety requirements.
  • Assist with ordering material and material take offs.
  • Wear tools as required.
  • Knowledge of Blueprints.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Daily reports
  • Welding
  • Gypsum assemblies
  • Heavy gauge structural framing
  • Work authorizations
