Requirements

4+ years as a supervisor in Interiors
Individuals must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Able to work well in a team environment
Can take and apply direction from supervisor
Workers must provide their own safety footwear
Workers are required to provide their own basic tools as listed in the collective agreement
Workers must have reliable transportation, or be able to access job sites in any location of the city
Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install light gauge framing & drywall materials as required per plans & specifications
Run crews of 10 or more
Performs demolition work of walls and doorways and reconstructs or installs new framework.
Marks, shapes, assembles, fasten work materials.
Verifies accuracy of repairs using related tools.
Metal stud framing
Set door frames.
Work with other trades as needed.
Follow all OSHA & Haselden safety requirements.
Assist with ordering material and material take offs.
Wear tools as required.
Knowledge of Blueprints.
Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
Daily reports
Welding
Gypsum assemblies
Heavy gauge structural framing
Work authorizations
Production tracking
