Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience in fitness or related industries
  • Proven leadership and sales success with a people-first approach
  • Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire Build and coach a high-performing team that delivers excellence in every client interaction Create an inclusive, motivating, and growth-oriented work environment Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to foster communication and accountability
  • Drive Performance Oversee daily operations and business development activities Lead sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies Achieve profitability and growth goals outlined in quarterly business plans
  • Operate with Excellence Manage scheduling, payroll, and logistics for smooth day-to-day operations Ensure all sessions, vehicles, and equipment meet GYMGUYZ standards for quality and safety Resolve client concerns with empathy and efficiency Maintain accurate reporting and budgeting in alignment with company goals
