  • Perform Inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean work area and clean up daily
  • Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition
  • Inspect public areas daily for any issues
  • Perform maintenance related repairs including plumbing, kitchen, mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs
  • Maintain the appearance of the property, with quality and attention to detail from a guest perspective
  • Engage in team and department meetings
  • Complete work order requests in a timely manner
  • Monitoring inventories as needed to fulfill daily duties.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide courteous service
  • Review daily work orders and complete them in a timely manner
  • Understand and practice proper lock out-tag out procedures in accordance with OSHA standard
  • Perform day to day business making decisions with integrity, on behalf of the company, team and guests/tenants.
  • Practice effective time management and prioritization of duties pertaining to each individual property.
  • Monitoring inventories as needed to fulfill daily duties.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Facilities Maint enance
  • Use logical thinking and personal judgment to perform a variety of tasks that require special skills and knowledge.
  • Respond quickly in emergency situations.
  • Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
  • Be a self starter and manage yourself without supervision.
  • Basic computer skills ability, for Paycom (timekeeping), Asset Essentials (Work Order system), Google Mail, Calendar and Meet.
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Be available for work weekends and holidays.
