About The Position
Westaff is seeking a General Helper-Fabrication in the Essex Junction, VT area for immediate start. This hands-on role supports production operations by helping to prepare steel components for the next stages of fabrication.
Requirements
- Comfortable using small hand and power tools.
- Strong counting and paperwork accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of shop measurement.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare steel parts for the next step in the fabrication process.
- Shake parts, peel vinyl, and assist with loading machinery.
- Support any fabrication area as needed to maintain workflow.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
