We are seeking a Clinical Trial Patient Experience Evaluator to review and assess patient-facing Voice AI interactions. In this contractor role, you will listen to and speak with AI-led recruitment and screening calls and evaluate whether the agent sounds appropriate, follows protocols and regulatory guidelines, and handles patient interactions correctly. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in clinical trial recruitment and/or operations, such as working with sites, CROs, or call-based recruitment teams, who is comfortable making practical judgment calls about tone, clarity, and compliance. You’ll work on a flexible schedule, typically averaging 10–20 hours per week,reviewing calls and documenting structured feedback across predefined criteria.
