About The Position

Requirements

• You have experience using Mitchell Cloud Estimating or similar software, and possess vehicle salvage knowledge
• You have a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with relevant experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• You are skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications
• You demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional decision-making abilities
• You are adaptable, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are able to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• You support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates
• You manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy
• You liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals
• You maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops
• You receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations
• You assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
