About The Position

Makes self-responsible for all painting, plastering, wallpaper hanging and repairs, staining, sealing or any other decorating techniques necessary to maintain quality appearances throughout the property. Maintains accurate records of all painting and maintenance work. Maintains all tools and equipment properly. Work on construction/alteration projects as assigned. Maintains an adequate inventory of painting, wallpaper, and decorating tools and supplies.

Requirements

• Field experience 1.5 to 3 Years preferred.
• Completion and proof of technical training, classes, workshops, seminars, etc.
• Proper operation of painting equipment (Airless sprayers, compressors, spray guns, etc.).
• Proper safety procedures on the use of harmful chemicals and paints.

Responsibilities
