About The Position
The General Engineer Lead is responsible for maintaining all building and tower grounds systems and equipment, including repairs in various areas such as electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, pneumatic, hydraulic, and appliances. This role involves overseeing the engineering team, managing workloads, estimating materials and time for projects, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with management. The lead engineer will also document work requests and represent the engineering department in the absence of management staff.
