Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well with others in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light items (up to 25 lbs).
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and take down event equipment (tables, chairs, decorations, etc.)
• Assist with guest registration and directions during events.
• Provide support to the event coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Help manage event logistics (such as delivering materials or assisting with catering).
• Work with vendors (caterers, DJs, etc.) to make sure everything is in place.
• Offer great customer service to guests at events.
• Help with event clean-up after the event ends.

Benefits

• Hourly wage: $17.00 to $25.00, based on experience.
• Overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek at 1.5x the regular rate of pay, in compliance with Illinois labor laws.
