What You’ll Do: Responsibilities vary by role, but may include: Working outdoors and/or in an office or retail environment, depending on the position Performing hands-on, physical work or administrative and customer-facing tasks Supporting daily operations in landscaping, garden center, sales, administration, or seasonal services Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality work and customer service Following safety guidelines, procedures, and company standards What We’re Looking For: A strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to work on your feet and/or in a fast-paced environment Reliability, teamwork, and a desire to learn Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, mechanics, sales, administration, or general labor is a plus—but not required for all roles
