Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, or a related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students build skills and confidence
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification in Special Education (sponsorship available) preferred
- Experience implementing IEPs or supporting behavioral and learning needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction aligned with student goals and classroom objectives
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Support students in academic, behavioral, and social skill development
- Maintain a safe, structured classroom using positive behavior supports
- Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to ensure student success
