General Education Instructor
About The Position
Fortis College in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced, highly motivated General Education Instructor to join its faculty. Fortis College provides educational programs that deliver real-life career skills in high demand occupations that lead to employment upon graduation and a lifetime of professional growth. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach General Education Courses in our degree programs. This is a part-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Requirements
- Master degree and at least 18 credits in the field teaching
- At least three of experience in the field teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching experience preferred
