About The Position
Optum Colorado Springs is seeking a General Dermatologist Physician to join our dedicated team committed to providing excellent healthcare services to every patient. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice general dermatology in a supportive environment that values your contributions and provides the resources necessary for your success. In this role, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within a 4-day work week, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Your primary focus will be on general dermatology, where you will conduct initial consultations, follow-up appointments, and diagnose and treat a variety of skin conditions. You will also perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and electrodessication/curettage, along with other dermatological and light cosmetic procedures. The practice environment is designed to support your performance, with an average of four patients per hour, allowing for 15-minute increments, while also providing the flexibility to schedule longer visits for more complex cases.
