You’ll provide professional dental care including diagnosis and treatment, while working closely with our Dental Director to develop and strengthen our community-focused dental program.

  • Lead and mentor a skilled team of dental hygienists, assistants, and support staff.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions.
  • Perform procedures across preventive, restorative, pediatric, prosthodontic, endodontic, surgical, and orthodontic care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes lifelong oral health.
  • Participate in the on-call emergency dental system when needed.
  • Support training and development initiatives within the dental program.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Dentistry.
  • Licensed Dentist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Missouri.
  • DEA and BNDD licenses (or ability to obtain).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship provided.
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure if needed.
  • Comfort with telehealth services a plus.
  • Excellent chairside manner and communication skills.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.
