General Dentist - Michigan Facility City & State: Michigan Facility Type: Health Center Provider Profession Needed: DDS/DMD Specialty: Dentist Start Date: ASAP End Date: April 2026 Length of Assignment: 6 months Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 PM Patient Volume: 8-10 patients/day Procedures: Most General Dentistry (no cosmetic procedures or implants) EMR: Dentrix Licensure Needed: MI Certifications Needed: DEA, BLS Other additional pertinent information: Support staff: Front desk, 3-4 dental assistants (with varied experience), dental hygienists. Some walk-in emergencies potentially every morning
