Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Active [state specific] dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for teamwork and treating patients with compassion

Responsibilities

Diagnose and provide excellent patient care and treatment
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Develop and maintain trusting, long-term patient relationships
Partner with and lead a supportive, experienced team
Maintain high clinical standards and a positive work environment
