Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program; active/eligible Wisconsin dental license
• Clinically grounded and committed to doing what’s best—always
• Warm, steady communicator who can explain clearly without overwhelming

• Growth-oriented, coachable, and proud to keep sharpening your craft
• Energized by relationship-based care and long-term patient trust
