Requirements

• Proficient in extractions & endodontics
• Comfortable treating a wide variety of patients/ages
• Active Dental License in the State you are providing services to
• Graduated from an accredited dental school
• Active DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications
• Contribute to a positive culture
