Overview Associate Dentist – Full-Time Opportunity at Crossgates Dental -St. Tammany Parish, LA Location: 2300 Gause Blvd East, Slidell, Louisiana 70461 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Optional: 1–2 Fridays per month Full Time Candidate Incentive: Sign-on Bonus, and Relocations Assistance Easy access: via I-10, I-12, and I-59 , and proximity to New Orleans metro area Position Overview We’re seeking a skilled and personable Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Requirements

DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school or residency program
Active Louisiana dental license
Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
Experienced and newly graduating candidates are encouraged to apply
