About The Position

Ascendent Health Partners is hiring a General Dentist for a confidential practice location in Sheboygan, WI. We’re building a place where clinical excellence and human connection live side-by-side—where patients feel seen, heard, and valued, and teams genuinely love coming to work. Why this role exists In a world of commoditized care, we choose connection over transactions. We lead with integrity, humility, kindness, and a consistently high standard of excellence—one patient, one relationship, one smile at a time. How we practice (our clinical philosophy) Healthcare is about human connection, not transactions Patients deserve more than procedures—they deserve trust, relationships, and care that elevates their lives We’re committed to being exceptional, reliable, and centered on the individual—so patients trust us for a lifetime and tell others why. In short, we take care of unique individuals by taking care of their teeth! Our core values (what you’ll feel here) We’re a strong fit if you align with: Patient Obsession (the patient’s experience and health drive every decision) Relationship Driven care (generational trust > one-time treatment) Golden Rule Patient Care + Golden Rule Team Care Team Empowerment & Development (we invest in people and remove obstacles) Doctor Clinical Autonomy (we will never dictate the healthcare decisions between you and your patient) Growth & ownership pathway This is not just an associate role. For the right doctor, there is a clearly defined pathway to long-term leadership and ownership, including the potential to earn equity over time based on impact and alignment—without requiring a traditional upfront buy-in or taking out a loan to “purchase” your way in. Details can shared during the confidential screening process. You’ll thrive here if you are… Clinically confident and committed to continuous improvement Warm, communicative, and skilled at building patient trust Team-oriented and proactive—someone who elevates the people around them Grounded in ethical decision-making and long-term outcomes
