About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated general dentist to join our thriving dental practice, collaborating with a dedicated team and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional dental care. Your expertise and commitment to excellence are vital to our practice’s continued success.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
- Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written
Benefits
- First-year employment guarantee of $250,000 or the greater of 33% of adjusted production
- Second-year earning = 35% of adjusted production
- Sign-on bonus of $25,000
- Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
