About The Position
Bright Now Dental-Downey, CA is looking for a strong, highly skilled GP (“super dentist”) to join our location 3 days per week (Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays). --This is a high-volume, well-established practice with excellent patient flow, averaging 12–15 patients per day, supported by a dual hygiene program that helps drive consistent treatment opportunities. --Clinical Expectations: We are specifically seeking a provider who is confident and experienced in: Root canal therapy (molar endo preferred) Surgical extractions Implant placement and restoration Comprehensive treatment planning Schedule Structure: Mondays & Saturdays: Dual provider coverage (collaborative environment with strong support) Fridays: Solo provider (full production opportunity) --This is a great opportunity for a dentist who enjoys a busy schedule, wants to maximize production, and is comfortable performing advanced procedures in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidate is efficient, clinically confident, and motivated to grow within a high-demand market.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school
- Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining
- Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
- Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
- Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
- Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
